Robert Marriott
– Another artist who taught in San Diego
School District during the mid-60’s. He was part of a cooperative
gallery
on 7th Ave. in downtown S.D. called the “Art Cellar,”
where his paintings
were shown in 1965. Marriot earned his masters degree at S.D.S.U.
a few
years later, (when this print was created) where he subsequently joined
the faculty.
