Item: Tranquilite Lamp

Designer/Maker: Bill Curry for Design Line.  Bill Curry (1928-1971) was an Art Center graduate. He founded Design Line in 1963 with his wife Jacquelyn. His lamps were selected for a number of Pasadena Museum of Art California Design exhibitions.

Description: Tranquilite “Pill” lamp with walnut base and glass shade.

Dimensions: 13″ high

Condition: Good original condition with minor wear. Chips to the orange paint on the switch.
